Is the winner a current or perspective share holder? Cause they may take that $10k and buy some teco. Based on the past , they would be better off taking the cash in three years , at least then they would still have $10k. Or if they were like me they could buy 3x the ammount of shares in 3 yrs. Just thinkin out loud here. Guess the only thing we are guaranteed is death and taxes. Go teco.
