AGREED! they have been busy writing both propposals for funding.
We know for a fact Purdue was ready because that one is already submitted!!!
....
We also know that even though MIT put out the stories several weeks apart,
ABC NEWS broke the NMU story very early on.
So from that we know there was work going on well in advance of the PR.
We may have the NMU funding proposal submitted by now as well in that case.

Both would be in time for the 10K !!!!!!!!!!
