Current share structure is updated every Wed.  They post the information on their web site that shows the structure as of the close of market each Tues.  How many companies are this transparent? 

Some dilution will continue to occur until such time as cash flow starts paying the bills.  The last Q indicated that possibly three notes were paid off.  Rapid growth is required to maintain a reasonable share structure moving forward.  Since I am  a bull long I obviously believe that cash flow positive is very close.

Current Qtr minimum 2M monthly run rate on revs was conservatively projected by leadership before the 2TRG deal was completed!  Q3 operations costs were about 970K monthly.  The math is quickly turning in our favor as longs/investors.
