Yes, no surprise to see that. Companies have enriched themselves for decades but they don't have any money to comply with EPA. Like it always goes the customer pays for it in the end. Anyway, there's no escape for companies to adhere to the new rules, so I guess we'll see more & more comply with MACT & NESHAP in the months ahead. Could still be many months tho as for cement plants the compliance date is Sept 2015 & Coal fired plants April 2015. Tic toc
