I can only speculate that anything receive from leaving ascc was used for visisys merger but guess well have to see it on the next financials. I do believe that evdr is following there plans to the letter by last years disclosure that I posted yesterday. It shows why they left ascc, what there plans were moving forward into a new direction, even talks about going with mergers with private companies wanting to go public to avoid the common bull that comes with merger alternatives. And then some. My point is that they are going with the business plan announced last year. The only thing Im waiting to see is, is the new direction going to be profitable for evdr. Which I'm sure we are hoping to find out a out that hopefully this week.
