I firmly believe TECO is moving forward.  I would be long gone if I didn't believe that was always the case in spite of  false starts which any relatively new company will have.  The big boys do fail and file BK's and/or downsize to the point where they are unrecognizable and their stock prices fall accordingly.  I think what we have on the message boards sometimes is the trading mentality vs the investor mentality and how that plays into TECO as a shareholder.
