Agreed. The funny thing is I just sent an email to 5 friends who have some CTIX, and what I said was, "They buried the lede" and then I put that last paragraph about the confidentiality agreements first.
It is annoying to see that someone must have known about this -- SO many times I have seen a company get tanked, as CTIX was, down below the obvious stop-loss levels (to shake out any remaining weak hands) and THEN surprise surprise a press release comes out that pushes the price back up. I am NOT accusing anyone in CTIX of leaking this -- if they have signed agreements with two big companies, there are any number of people who knew about it at THOSE companies and could have leaked it to their investment scumbag pals.
