I am Joseph Collins CEO of Punch TV - Punch TV Network, Inc nor Punch TV, Inc have no dealings what so ever with Steven Samblis. He does not own the copyrights to any materials owned by our company. This deal has been rescinded and rescinded it will stay. In my opinion Steven Samblis does not deserve the honor or the privilege of being the CEO of a public company . And I refuse to allow him to trick people into believing Punch TV Network or any of our assists are apart of IC Punch Media. It was these types of action that caused me to file a complaint with the SEC in the first place. I am now going to personally petition the SEC and ask them to review IC Punch Media and its CEO.
His recents actions are malicious and have prompted me and my legal team to take the following actions. Please feel free to read and repost this statement . "Enough is Enough."
