I'm posting this response to Malc; it may be deleted by flyers or CHP. Geeze, I'm getting too sucked into this stuff and need to back away. Sniffles has PM'd me five times!
Yes, we know that. Scrips will get the financing. And we know more shares will be added to the float. This is what young companies that are executing new business models do. It is how they raise cash to execute on their business plan. This company is building about five revenue streams. It needs money to build these models.
What we also know is that Scrips has the money it needs to launch in China, unless of course the orders are so darn big that they will need more funding to fill the order!
As to the savvy consultants with the "gifted" shares, I have a good feeling that the vast majority of those shares will be locked away for the longterm. But even if I am wrong, which I am not, that's only 2M shares. If they dump, they will be soaked up without much of a blip. The company awareness is spreading, Scrips is heading to the big boards. And anyone who did not buy at these levels will be watching yet another opportunity slip away.
I am amazed how busy this board is today, must be a iHub record on a Saturday.
