taking them (points) in reverse
i too am not expecting anything out of the AGM
when i asked IR about the AGM (when PR'd) indication
and my interpretation of IR's comments were *mere formality*
re: bombardment >> it's a tried and true tactic re: agendas
i've found it helpful to lay out time lines and note specifics
not limited to but including (trade dox/sec input and when revealed/hit pieces/known info via contacts @ various locales)
re: first authored hit piece in July 2010
info exists via this very venue (ihub's search is worth paying for)
what to me was most *notable* was the timing of >> in conjunction
with other *FACTS* >> not the least of which was CSTI's utilization
as the SECONDARY MM to NITE's PRIMARY MM re: JBII
oh yeah .. WSB's redo of 2009 was filed then too
Why the A company et al are were touted consistently
darn i do miss those touts
that said as i've frequently noted >> it's all about the cycle of $$$$$ in play
i missed a major clue re: the A co (ie ceo installation)
but again i've posted about it via this very venue after *catching* it
DD done on the A co.s *ceo* will reveal another *layer/level* of the cycle of $$$$$
successful early adopter in this emerging tech *wins*

i'm comfortable with mine >> as always those who require more clarity
should wait for it >> for some that will come at uplisting
for others >> most likely an audit publicly released on 3's ops
or for others the sale of a proc to X co. @ Y price tag
has JBi ever failed to access capital?
to my knowledge financing has never been an issue
one could argue that mgmt takes the least amount possible
as i posted previously in RH's seat (altho' not being an insider
and having no knowledge of what is en route) i'd double the expected
amount *anticipated* >> since aspects always take longer than most expect
