More DD from a very credible source about Mack Maxey ( aka pennypincher ) and the stolen rig. All this time I thought it was in police impound when they confiscated it while he was caught at a sobriety checkpoint driving drunk after he left The Do Drop In. Actually that's not waht happened. Here are some excerpts about the alleged stolen oil rig (refer to court transcripts pages 23 and 31);
Sworn testimony in Federal Court saying the rig was purchased and who it was purchased from. The claim of "fraud and illegal sale of the drilling rig" was not proven or accepted by the judge. So Treaty is in fact the legal owner!
CASE DISMISSED!
