Re: energy_wave #2259
Yes old news from 06 February 2013. Unless BGL start posting links to the Mexican court system proving they have actually filed any papers (including any kind of appeal) we know they've given up but are just trying to avoid taking the hit on their accounts. They had 18 months and filed nothing. Instead they tried to just change the ownership of the concessions to themselves. That didn't work out too well for them either. Then 18 months later as they hadn't appealed, MSJ knew it had won.
Once MSJ file documents saying they've sold the mines, BGL will be the laughing stock of the mining community in Canada. I'd love to see them try and do nay more placings of C$250K for "working capital" after they take the hit on their accounts of C$9.6m!
I wouldn't be surprised if the SEC investigators have been in touch directly with their Canadian counterparts and that when the sale goes though or a new listing is announced that they will all move to squash BGL out of existence and round up people like the Renbergs.
When I asked the the current SEC investigator if they had heard of the Renberg brothers I heard "oh yes" quite calmly in reply. I think that was maybe a slip when I caught them off guard as the SEC official line is we can't confirm or deny that there is or isn't an active investigation going on into the company. I'd guess that the SEC has already subpoenaed the IP addresses of those it is interested in finding out more about direct from ihub.
Well it seems like we will have to wait a little longer to see where we are. Sooner the better in my view.
