Mr. Mintak has over 25 years of experience in executive administration in a variety of industries. Prior to joining PURE, Mr. Mintak served as a management consultant with several private and public lithium exploration companies and developed an extensive network of contacts in both the industrial technology and mineral exploration side of the capital market. Mr. Mintak also served as a senior officer and director of a number of private and public companies and non-for-profits groups. As a founding director of PURE, Mr. Mintak has an in-depth understanding of the lithium mineral and processing technologies industry.

Mr. Mintak replaces Mr. Jason Dussault who has resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, but remains as an independent director of PURE and who will continue to provide direction and resources to the Company in that capacity. Mr. Mintak comments “On behalf of the board, and executive, we would like to thank Mr. Dussault for his service, expertise and leadership contributions as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
