Improper dilution can coexist with being a real company with real revenue. Being a real company with real revenue might get us a ten bagger or more, but completely resolving the C shares and other convertibles can lead to a longer term gain of more than a hundredfold.

My opinion is management has the tools to deliver a complete resolution of the C share issue, but it is unclear if they have adequate will or motive to do so. We can try to strengthen their will/motive by contacting them and urging them for a complete resolution of the C conversion problem. Given HIMR's long history of talk and dilution, it is not enough that the talk is now true, the dilution must end.
