Yes but manipulation made easy by the real perception of dilutions, brought on because of seemingly ridiculous negotiation of deals which imply or reference meaningless value to the stocks shares.  Market sentiment can be a direct reflection of what a company perceives as its worth.  IT HAS GOT TO GET BETTER.
