I say if schedules are going to be publicized then they better be on time. What do you think caused TECO's credibility issues to begin with?  Can you truly believe 100% of what is said based on past performance?  Credibility in the micro-caps is very important otherwise your market disappears.  Whatever is PR'd or publicized in the future needs to be dead on IMO.  There is no more room for error!  Hence, today's volume and PPS!
