No need to shame anyone.  There is no shame in screwing up.  The shame is in failing to properly recover when you know you have invited so many people to keep their eyes on you and then you screw up with so many folks watching & holding stock in your company.

DUTV is going to do whatever they think is best for DUTV.  In the same way, I as a shareholder will do whatever I feel is necesary to discover whether this company is legitimate. Any shame the company may feel will come from own their failure to represent themselves honorably to those who hold their shares.
