I predicted the 12/31 date would be missed when they announced the date though I'm told they are still confident they will hit it for "drilling only" not completion.   Regardless I like the idea of no more dates unless their is some crystal ball predicting the weather, broken rigs, etc.  Add some weeks to the lead time. TECO has missed numerous schedules and milestones going on for years now.  The reasons maybe numerous and legitimate but the MM's and bashers use them to their shorting advantage.  The bid sits at sub penny as also predicted.  How are those .01/share restricted deals doing for everyone who bought them?  Not such a great deal when the PPS moves into sub penny territory.  Truth be told!  Tell me I'm wrong but please provide the explanation!  Frustration isn't the word for this!
