Not sure what your point is, but all stocks in penny land list that as par value. Here is something I just thought of, I didnt think that a company could dillute below their par value? I am sure I read that somewhere, so EVDR would have had to sold stock to pay for the merger at least above 0.001 if I am thinking correctly.
