I am well aware how the capital markets work (funding public companies or dilution as some strategically point out is part of investing).  Like I said the company needs to come thru for the investors and I feel at some point EVDR will.   I don't believe the financials will at this point, but I am terrible at figuring out the markets reaction.  Maybe folks liking that they are Pinksheets current again will, but they still need an Attorney Letter before this can happen.

The merger needs to come through with positive acquisitions/contracts to be success for us shareholders, plain and simple.
