I figured it was moored way out there because waiting for a higher priority container ship and import/export container ships only use the berth CWRN uses-

the following surprisingly small container as per stats below is now shown by the link to be stationed at CWRN's berth-despite the Iron Kovdor coming for wheat in a couple weeks, its an odd time for that cargo and light wheat could possibly use another berth
containers have a tight schedule and can be in and out in 8 hours at any time of day whereas bulkers usually have to wait for normal harbor pilots hours of operation

so its a good sign, though we still dont know, as Clark said
