In previous posts, you and I were about .03-.04 difference after the first year of operations. Now that the number of shares increased you are at .59 based on the pro forma. I might be a little higher, as I was in previous posts. However, based on expansion after first year I believe your figure is a fairly conservative estimate and I agree.
Taking this a little further, I can see a R/S at around three years after some stabilization of the expansion plan and PPS. We could see about 1/50 tops but I think based on requirements for other exchanges we should see a R/S of 1/3 to 1/7 at a minimum. There is a need to go over the $1 mark to be able to change exchanges, such as the American, which would be my preference if I were running things over there. There are also time requirements that make the three year option to R/S at the outside. Again, my guess would be within 1.5-3 years. Nothing to be done until then.
