All anyone needs to do to create Fear Uncertainty or Doubt,  FUD as we call it is make one or two partly true statements mixed with false information to the negative side.   Also when people ask about something PR'd only a scant few days ago as to whether we have $ from it yet is another example I've seen.  I normally am not one to hurl insults but from my standpoint it makes them appear very stupid.
