OTHM Dear Shareholders of Oriens,

Recent meetings indicate that from an ‘operations’ point of view, things are progressing nicely.   Then we have the “corporate” view… from a corporate view, “The Long-Form,” unfortunately continues to be a bit of a chore for management, but is being worked on diligently.   We were not told that we’d need to wear our surgical mask for this task.   But take comfort in knowing that our consultants advised, to do a substandard job simply to expedite the posting of the disclosure would only prolong the agony of the audit; both in time and money.   So luckily, as we advance our knowledge, we advance the completion of our future filings in a much timelier and certainly cost effective manner.

While discussions continue in regards to the frequency of the President’s “Statement of Progress,” on whether he delivers a monthly or quarterly report, we do have developments worth mentioning. Things seem to be finalizing in Costa Rica on two fronts – merger/acquisition and the FROL.   However, what seems to be naturally emerging (apparently inherent to the overall relationship) is a new branding opportunity for Hotel PURE.   This could be a very interesting announcement should it come to fruition.
