To further clarify... There was an agreement in which IC Places purchased all the assets of Punch TV. This was a simple shares for assets agreement. It did not speak about Collins or employment. Then there was a separate employment agreement with Collins where he received shares to work for us. Those agreements have nothing to do with each another. We have revoked the rescission of the Asset Purchase because Punch never returned the money we paid them. Collins was removed because he violated his employment contract which is a completely separate matter.
