IMO, if the seller showing big on the ask @.15 is not the company selling  he/she just may be banging their head(s) against the wall soon enough. While I've been suspicious of the 2 day 100% and the 1 day 93.48% short selling lately, it may be selling by Jeff to cover the initial 20K needed for up listing fees. (15K + a one time 5k fee)

0.12 x 44,382 =  $5,325.00


If I'm correct in my hypothesis, we should see at least another 15k of short selling this month at best.
