Here is a possible failed deal due to the Involuntary Bankruptcy Petitioners "willful and malicious" tort;

Treaty or Jakobot won't be getting the Knott Lease like they PR'd back in May. Jakobot never had it to begin with. It's been sold to TNC... TNC will be the lease holder and Operator. Don't see Treaty getting a cut of any of this.
