We have issued 49 take down notices of videos on YouTube which violate our copyright and ownership of the Punch Television Name. The name Punch Television is a part of the assets we acquired in 2012 when we paid $3.5 million dollars in stock for all of the assets of Punch TV.

We are taking back everything. We have revoked the rescission agreement because Collins and Punch refuse to return the payments they received for the assets and Collins' employment contract.
