First time poster here - why the lack of recent activity on this board?  I've been lurking for a while now and have enjoyed the commentary.  Real topic below:

Assuming that BLTA completes the certification process and starts revenue flights (which I'm confident that they will), the PPS really has nowhere to go but up; however, due to the large number of authorized and outstanding shares, without some action (i.e. repurchase or reverse split), will the PPS be able to go too far?  I predict between .10 & .20 initially, but I wouldn't trust that prediction as far as I could throw it.
