Yup. That was a new CYBK long who decided to load 1m shares yesterday.
If our calculations are correct the tiny float of 13.5m shares now has 11m of it locked down in our hands of about 12 of us! The move up will be quite volatile on future news and filings with revenues and profits rolled in due to multiple acquisitions of existing profitable private companies like Empasys.com, xskn.com, connect2family.com, ECT. Etc.
