Read it because it will make you gain knowledge on the revenues that can be obtained from prepaid debit cards. The revenues are based on the individual banks and their goals.
Just saying but Vista Bank has been around since 1912, so I am pretty sure they know how to do business.
Another important fact is Empasys is Vista Bank.
