I fully agree with you Coolnapz.  I've spoken with Mike M. three times and once  you get him it is hard to get off the phone.  The man has 35+ years in the business and he put together the SEC documention and contracts required for the ARGY/TECO merger.  He and I also went back and forth about the NSS situation and all that implies.  He told me what he could without directly releasing inside information at that time.  He told me a couple weeks back that  "Treaty management is giddy with excitement".   Mike also strongly implied thta the 3rd 10Q would change things for TECO and the 10K would be icing on the cake.  I'm not sure if 37's are bottom but again; I just put in another buy order to add to my position.  More on Monday if 37's hold or we move further south.
