It's merely speculation. We don't and will probably never know the details of the deal, and why it fell through. I'm just happy that we didn't PR it, we have enough loose ends from past PRs that need to be addressed. My personal favorite is the cusip/name change. How long should that take? I've never been involved in one so I don't know.
