I shot an email out to CDFT this afternoon, and it took all of about 20 minutes to get a response back.  Anita confirmed that EVERYTHING is included for the $500.00.  So cool to see how this plays out, and to WATCH shelly jelly and her goon squad shaking and facing the fact that they will need to be looking at Burger King for Employment Soon!!!
