LBTG HUGE PRODUCTION PERMIT in Place Liberty's wholly owned Owsley coal deposit, in Owsley County Kentucky is the focus of the current development program. The Owsley deposit has a production permit in place with posting of reclamation bonds being the only action required to to activate the permit. Owsley willl produce thermal/steam coal for sale into the regional electric industries.
