I'm right there with you. Not sure what he is thinking. Recapitalization would be huge for so many investors and the peoples' pensions and retirement funds. I've been Long FNMA for years. Sure I bought a lot at the wrong time, and lost a lot, but give it back to the public and at least a chance down the road to recoup some, let alone make money
