no answer from the company -CFO Quit about the time they withdrew as sec reporting-related events? had assumed they would at least remain current classification at otc.markets.com-very affordable for them,compared to sec reporting
SEC has been targeting pennies but mostly low pennies,they had over 5 million quarterly profit, about lowest p/b I've seen- ca .01-.03, very low float -
so why did they even enter the USA market?
couldnt have made much off of selling shares here -and not going to bother looking it up because of the palpable lack of interest- just mostly watching from sidelines and didnt want bashers to take over the board,as the hangout was purposely created as an alternative to basher boards, w the hangout as a place where honest dd/discussion could occur
