Same day.  I have found with BW that if the email I send doesn't have a negative or accusatory tone, he readily responds.  I typically have received responses on the same day to approximately 7 emails I have sent. 

On the other hand, previous emails I sent were never responded to. Those particular emails were negative in tone and somewhat pointed. He does not respond to that sort.
