I am not sure how big the machine and if it can be duplicated in mass, but if small enough and cheap enough , put it in your car and have some water and it would drive the fuel cell type motors..
No need for oil, just use water, power up your car/fuel cells without using any oil products…
Perhaps the CEO can help….Did you see any pictures when we had the stock years ago??? The last I heard it was supposed to supply 99% pure Hydrogen and it was being tested in Hamilton Ontario and then  we became TECO shareholders..  But the names listed as shareholders on my Scott trade account has them as ARGY people.
