Notice how quickly TD changes the original topic of Heartland's rig sitting atop of the well to force payment ($7500/day) for and idle rig then when the rig is moved TD focuses attention to where the rig is at now. This is called the Red Herring Fallacy or in TD's case moving from one BS topic to another BS topic hoping no one will notice. LOL!
A red herring fallacy is a purposeful change in topic to distract from the original topic. So if we have two people debating a particular statement one might change the topic seemingly to promote discussion but in fact it is a ploy to change the topic.
