CNN is in about 50 airports. CCO (the billboards) is in 280+ airports.  If ClearVision can penetrate all the CCO airports, they will surpass CNN by approx. 6 times!  Still, they need to make each airport produce more revenues than CNN currently does.  And I think they can do that.  But the structure would have to be different from what CNN does.
