Re: waynestock #5991
My position that a poster's motivation should not be questioned is the way it is, no matter what you think. Anybody who signs up for ihub or any of these sites is told when they sign up not to trust any posters, that they can't be sure who they are. So anybody that invests their hard-earned money totally reliant on someone's posting on an SMB is nuts.
Who said there is anything wrong with telling the truth? Not me. It is just that it is not an interrogation and no one has to share their reasons. It is not a question of refusing when you don't have to answer, isn't it?
Your paragraph bout the "outcome" is a bit convoluted, I did not understand it. I think that you mean that you think this negative posting affects a stock's price. More or less? Well, I would find another way to select stocks then. Basic market theory says that what you are saying is not true. If it is true, I would find another way to invest. My investing has nothing to do (positive or negative) with message boards.
I too disagree with name-calling. Both myself and BIggy have rarely posted in a personal way about JB. I try to keep it factual.
On that topic, how many times have i posted on this board, starting out with a rational post, only to have it turn into a persoinal rant on persons no longer connected with the business in any way, or involved in some court proceeding?
