You're right, there's nothing stopping me from selling.  Except the fact that I would be kicking myself the rest of my life.

As for buying more that's usually a funding issue, isn't it?  haha  Thankfully however, we have been down here for so long I've actually been able to get my average down to about 3...and that's something considering I was buying last July *shudder*
