Thanks Cool!  I have spoken to Mr. Mulshine, but only a total of two times.  He answered all of my questions with extensive detail.  I got the sense that he is 1000% committed to TECO.

I have ammo for any dips into the low threes and maybe twos.  Not exactly looking forward to going lower, but prepared nevertheless.

As a side note, I am currently holding only TECO, STEM and CBRX.  I think that both STEM and CBRX have a lot of potential.  Any pennies that I come across from other folks I know I will post em here, and I'll be mentioning this site to some of my investing acquaintences.
