What's the rush? There's no change to the A/S for at least two years. Plenty of time for morons to sell into or below the bid IMO. That's exactly what has happened for the past 10 months, so no reason to expect these idiots to behave any better once everything is announced.

Even today another moron sold 1.54M shares into the bid. A massive $154 minus commission.
