I understand your point and I agree with your point.  I wish I could be out in W. Texas looking over my investment.  Then I ask myself;  would the PPS increase due to DTL's presence in W. Texas?  Anyways,  I'm still planning a trip once TECO has the qty 5 wells up and running.  I want to see an oil field in action otherwise my wife will shoot me and ask "where did all the money go".  If I wait then I'll be able to point to the qty 5 wells and say "see all the pump jacks dear"!
