China has hacked trillions of worth of USA etc technology, which is already coming back to haunt us, and other hackers run amock, always seeming 1 or more steps ahead of safeguards-which to me seems like technology (PC's) not ready for prime time- and mobile devices are even worse in this regard-needing safeguards,especially as they increase in market share.

I searched for a book on how to stop hacking and all I could find were books on how to hack- as if would be hackers needed any help -has the world gone crazy? And all these PC etc problems cost consumers untold billions/year. So you would think anybody with innovative solutions would be greatly successful if they had the startup money.
