SUNY it happens all the time on Twitter.  Apple and Ipad and the Apple logo are trademarks and Apple certainly is litigious when it comes to infringements on its proprietary stuff but yet...

So are we still to believe that DUTV wouldn't stoop to using a NASDAQ logo on their Twitter account because they fear legal action?  I don;t think Nasdaq even knows DUTV exists let alone cares about them using their logo.
