It will stay in the current range until some concrete news is released. Chills are hard to get removed, but possible.  Dividends, if happens, will regain some confidence.  timing is everything in the Pinks. I expect it to get back in teens sometime in future, to get passed that and hold, Rox will need to prove to  shareholders she is getting it done.  Follow thru on statements and promises, unfortunately, her credibility is not so good right now.  

I dont want to hear things, i want to see them.  The infamous buy back, if they did get their new line of credit/loan, dont put anything out until they have immediate access to the funds.   Put a gag on the TA, their information changes a little too much for me.  No more PRs, until we see acutual filings, S-1, 8Ks, etc. 

Their website is little dis-organized for me.  Hire a new company to re-do the site.
