Complete fabrication by td.....Just outright lie by a monkey! Treaty is not paying a dime for the rig sitting on the Stockton nor is Heartland charging us for it.

Well for 21 days it would be $157500.00. It was 7 or 8 days the first time around...
This is the second time Treaty was late in paying them.
